Everyone will take resolutions at New year, but how many of us are following it till the last, only 10–20% of people are following, and the rest of the people are breaking them in some days and some hours.

I did this many times, Last year I decided not going to give any excuses f my new daily routines hereafter, my lists of routines are very simple but my laziness won’t allow me to do this for the previous years, But now I’m very confident in this.

I did a simple thing, just took my smartphone and set the alarm 3 times in a row with the interval of 5 minutes.

This is the only thing I followed for a month after that I’ll do it without the alarm but till now I’ve not turned off it, because it gives dopamine when I’m done the work before it started beeping.

I’m going to share here one of my experiences, I want to brush twice a day so I set the alarm to 11:00 pm and follow it for a while, some days I think it’s ok to give an excuse for a single day, after that the magic happened I’m not able to sleep, my thoughts are all about the brushing,

My mind said, “you must brush now, you must brush now, you must brush now, Don’t sleep, get up, get up, get up”. After that, till now I still Brush without alarm.
